Give Side Case Installation - Finishing Up
« on: February 22, 2015, 10:08:58 PM »

I got most of the installation done (the cases didn't come with instructions), but I'm not sure about the brackets that connect across between the cases at the rear - can someone with the Givi cases post a couple of pictures of the details of those brackets showing how they connect? Thanks!

Well, I got my instructions from asking the Zero guys through their web contact form. They'll send you a PDF.

I just looked at mine and there are no brackets that connect each the left side mount with the right side mount. There are simply three bolts that hold each bracket on.

I tried that first, but I did not receive a reply... do you still have a copy of the PDF? Can you send it to me? Thanks!

Perhaps that is the case (no pun intended) - but then I'll have a bunch of hardware leftover... I'm sure I'm missing something.

Thanks for the replies!

It's too large (827k) for an attachment, so I signed up to Dropbox and put it there:

Let me know if that doesn't work. FYI it usually takes about 2 business days for Zero to get back to you.

Pics of my racks. There's a metal piece that goes under the tail and connects the side braces at the top.
