At some point they will create a law for electric bicycles, that's exactly like a motorcycle, but with smaller wheels and pedals.

Cool.   It would be really strange to see a bicycle in the left lane passing my car.  Apparently he has some pretty significant brakes.

There is a good chance this bicycle is considered a motorcycle in most states, but it looks like a fun way to get around!

I actually checked that in California when I built my own electric bicycle...turns out anything under 750 watts of power is considered to be an electric bicycle, anything over that is considered a "motor-powered vehicle".

I don't remember what the dividing line is between a motor-powered vehicle and a motorcycle. I want to say 12 horsepower but that may be the old rule from long ago.

Thanks, this is actually my bike and I ride it like a motorcycle.

I have 4-piston hydraulic disc brake in the front with 203mm rotor.

Regen braking in the rear.

I'm certain if you're moving faster than Lance Armstrong, the cops around here would treat you just like a motorcycle regardless.  I would love to see that bike on some single track.
