To the moderator(s) of this forum, I'd like to suggest a new category for topics..."Tax credits and incentives". In it, we could post known tax breaks/incentives information for geographical locations as the information becomes known to members of that area -- US federal, California and San Diego information would appeal to me, of course, but hopefully we'd accrue up-to-date information for as many locations as possible. It seems like information for electric automobiles is fairly easy to gather online, but the rules aren't always the same for cars and bikes, and bikes are a smaller market than cars, so the information can be pretty hard to find. It would be nice to have a central clearinghouse for people to refer to.
