Risk tolerance is a personal thing.

The site was created by an elmoto member, I pinged him to see if there was an update to the site. The last update to his thread there was fall 2013, I assume from the DDNS hostname that it was self-hosted, so likely either the author retired the site or it broke and hasn't been fixed yet.
