Is it a complete battery or do they manufacture the anode material for batteries, I could'nt tell from the press release and the companies website.

I suspect if their claims were true the story would be everywhere by now, but, this is the first i've heard of it.

Seems promising.

Now put their battery in an electric car and prove it.

The info was posted on Facebook by Zero.
I don´t think they has build a new battery yet, but developed a new technology which can create a new type of battery.

According to my investigations is a new battery technology on it´s the way in the near future.
I read some time ago that they could double the capacity in about 2-3 years, but x4 times capacity is way better  :D

At 40kWh batteries start becoming, interesting, to charge in terms of charge time.
Our bikes would need level 2 charging at a minimum just to slow charge.

Even with the level 2 charging on the Empulse for example you'd be looking at a 15 hour charge time I suspect.  :-\

Of course, with 4x capacity, you could merely double the existing capacity and then reduce the weight of the bike... :)

If I had a dime for every new battery technology that was going to double capacity at half the cost I'd be rich.........
