Well if you look at the chain on a litre sportsbike the metal isnt that thick and of course a chain is full of weak points so i'm sure a carbon kevlar belt can withstand it, maybe with a reduced lifespan.

I imagine it would be fairly straightforward to replace the heatsink on the 75-7 with a water jacket for cooling especially if you had the computer models of the original.  But I think 70KW is already passed the limits of the chassis and judging by the race bikes, once you get up towards 100KW+ you need to be heavily limiting performance at lower speeds because you just overwhelm the tyre otherwise.
