"Zero Mango"
« on: July 01, 2013, 12:36:22 PM »

Got Darth Zero back this Saturday from having the wheels powder-coated. Might have to dub my 2013 S ZF11.4 a new name.  Now shopping around for a painter to complete the look.  If anything, now it is visually loud. :)

Nice! That really looks sharp! Would look good with some orange accents, like wire sleeving or Orange Brake lines and maybe some orange HIGH VOLTAGE stickers. You can barely see the orange motor cables, but they look good. Nice color theme.

I wonder what my Empulse would look like with white wheels..... hmmmm

I had Photoshopped my paint scheme together a while ago (and posted in another thread) and will be shopping around some more. I only have the one quote for $800.

Re-posting pic.

Cheers!

I really like your paint design for the Zero S, mehive.  Great job!

Thanks, Richard230!

I was in LA on Tuesday and showed the pics to Carl at Hollywood Electrics. Nice gentleman. He liked the "mango" paint scheme too, so this all is very encouraging. :)

Cheers!

Thanks, Electric Cowboy!

I saw the blue wheels on your bike up on Facebook. I really like it!
I had done a photo in a blue and white color scheme that made me think of the Shelby Cobra (re-attaching). I might just revisit that and start with your blue! :) (which I thought poetic for "the race to the clouds!")

Cheers!

Damn, that blue look is attractive. Now I have to resist the cosmetic upgrade!
