The Dutch road assistance company (ANWB) has arranged full day test rides/rentals for a selection of new bikes for the 2013 modelyear.
One of those bikes is a 2013 Zero S and it costs €30,- for the day 9AM to 4PM
I have booked my test ride for June 2!

The form does explain that you must bring the bike back with a full tank of gas, I am not sure yet how to do that

to bad that I have still a 25kw licence, but nice to see some one else from holland on this forum

You can ride the Zero then because it is rated at 16KW at the RDW!
Just enter the licence plate of the test bike on the RDW website:  www.rdw.nl
