Brammo may go "public"
« on: March 08, 2013, 03:27:17 AM »

Here is a short video interview by a Fox Business reporter with Craig Bramscher in which, Bramscher, Brammo's CEO, states that they (he) are thinking about an IPO.  Very interesting!  He was not willing to discuss the number of Empulse models that they have sold so far, but he did say that the entire year's production was pre-sold.

Used as a prop was what appeared to be a standard-model Empulse, which is the first one that I have seen.  I think I like its looks better than the $2000 more expensive "R" version.

I love how tv personalities sometimes don't listen to the people they are interviewing.  Right after Craig said that the entire production for this year has been presold, he is asked if he thinks he is going to be able to sell an electric motorcycle.

Well, I like the red and black color. Hopefully I will see one in the flesh soon.

It is a good looking machine.   I wonder how many Brammos they are planning to build this year and if they are really all sold ?

The "Pre-Order" status of all the Brammo bikes always gave me the message that they weren't actually producing anything.  Good to hear that they are making some bikes.
