Nice check.  Is there anything coming from the Feds?

I applied Feb 16, so it took about two months.
Unfortuneately - there are no federal tax incentives currently  :'(

I received my $900 rebate check in about 5 weeks, as I recall.

It seems like my $900, for my 2012 DS, came quicker than five weeks, but it was probably not much lees than that.

Does anybody know for sure that in California we have agreed to keep the vehicle for at least three years or forfeit the money? My 2010 DS is about 1 3/4 years old and I want to sell it as soon as I can, without losing the $1500 rebate. I can't find the paperwork that would detail this requirement.

My recollection is that that application paperwork agreement that you signed requires you to keep the bike for a minimum of 3 years or forfeit some or all of the rebate. Supposedly, they will be checking up on you with the DMV every year.
