Bike Photgraphed by Brammo blurred out?
« on: July 09, 2010, 02:18:30 PM »

Saw this post by Craig Bramscher commenting on the photographing of a bike this week from a copter but in the picture he posted the bike is blurred out. Just the bike, not the rider or anything else.

Hmm. Why blur a photo of a bike that has been photographed a lot? Unless it is a different bike. I think something is afoot and we are getting tiny hints.

Hi Kelly, saw that.

I know Brammo was working on a scooter but the whole full leathers in a canyon just doesn't seem like scooter territory.

Must be a sport bike or a supermoto?

Brammo loves to tease us. ...it's kill'n me!! :D

Hi Kelly, saw that.

Yes, a scooter would be shot in an urban setting, not on a winding mountain road. Not unless it was a new "Super Scooter" designed to lull the senses of other bikers, then make a bet that your "scooter" could beat them on a mountain road and rake in the cash. Uh...Probably not.

But one of the operators of another electric bike store in L.A. (Harlan Flagg) made a comment on another forum that talks about the photo and stated that we should "Keep an eye out MotoGP weekend at Laguna Seca" (July 23-25) so I suspect this "might" mean that maybe a new bike will be there and maybe the bike will be sold at places other than Best Buy.
