Soriano Motori
« on: October 29, 2024, 11:30:39 PM »

In the wake of the Energica collapse, a company called Soriano Motori put out a press release claiming they're now the big dog of Italian electric motorcycles. As best I can tell, it's a Damon for Italy, never having shipped a bike but having produced lots of press releases claiming a $400 mm valuation and whatnot.

Has anyone heard of these guys?

At $70,000 for a bike claiming to have 15kwh battery and 30kw continuous you'd think they would have made up more incredulous numbers.

This is 100% a scam, look at what they have on their website

"Soriano Motori is an innovative lifestyle company with operations spanning across the motor, fashion, and metaverse NFTs/crypto sectors" - They hit evry single BS scam word

I do wonder what hides under the bodywork of the motorcycle on their website.

The scam reek gets even stronger, lol, defying the odds of his inherited wealth?

""Marco Antonio Soriano IV’s journey echoes resilience and entrepreneurship. As a young man, he defied the odds to become an entrepreneur and laid the foundation for the modern accounting profession.
In summary, Marco Antonio Soriano IV is a visionary leader who combines financial acumen, innovation, and a commitment to sustainable mobility. His impact spans across diverse domains, from wealth management to electric motorcycle"

Oh wow, it gets even better, he's adopted a Von appellation

'" Marco Antonio Soriano Von Hemmersdorff IV is am a fourth-generation partner, chairman and chief executive officer of the Soriano Family Office, a leading consortium of global enterprises established in 1903."

It's a bit too blatant to be a scam ... perhaps it's farce, or parody?

Whenever something is focusing on how wonderful, awesome, great, smart, intelligent. bla bla vomit the writer / subject is, and less on what they actually have accomplished, it's time to run.
