Not to dredge up the past, but Pard am I correct in undertsanding your setup on the Energica is essentially a new lever with reservoir, plumbed down to the existing foot brake location, and the existing master cylinder replaced with a multiport one?

As for Qnium link you posted, which version did you opt for? Any tips for the brake line routing?

Exactly as you described.

I used a unit that had both ports on the rear, because I had it on hand, and used an adapter to mount the line on top.  Not ideal.

Use a unit that best fits the lines and routing you plan to use, just make sure you order one with mounting holes compatible with the Energica mounts (I belive 40mm).

I ran the line along the right hand frame, inside the frame, next to the battery.  Depending upon which set of hand and rear masters you use, order a custom line with banjo fitting that are a perfect match and a line that is exactly the length for the routing you decide to take for the line.  I used one I had on hand so I needed an adapter at the qunium master.

Give them a call or email them. Very helpful bunch.

Ive been toying with this idea for a while.  I really like the idea of having the brake in your hand and not having to fiddle with your foot.
with a little tuning to it's setpoints, you could almost just use regen as a rear backe, I mean if you were to get it to where it'd hit hard enough to just be at the edge of stopping tire rotation that'd be the same as a hard braking.  In reality even with braking you don't want to lock them up, your ABS will take care of that of course but.  Wish there was  a way to get my regen to  hit even harder than it does.  The EGO race bike now it'll push you forward, Ive had a few racers tell me, man that things shoving half your body weight forward!  So itdoes work, just would like a little more !
