Just found recent picture of a main stand on the Dutch site https://electricmotorcycles.nl/. Well actually that section is about something else very interesting - decent crash bars!
I have contacted Marchel for more details and will share it here!

Apparently, the Netherlands' Special Enforcement Officers (BOA/Handhaving in Dutch) just received a batch of Experias with these crash bars, and from the photos, center stands as well):

I see they also  have crash bars. First I have seen such for an Experia.

Interesting also the rear crashbar design precludes the use of side cases.  C'mon Energica I want a Center Stand!  My tires will be our of round soon!

Good Lord, how ugly can one design crash bars. I guess they stick out this wide to protect the handlebars as well, but please come on….

Got feedback from Marchel a while ago: „Talk to your dealer.“
And that I did again, with the link above, asking him how Energica could equip that dealer but not him. He was eager to find that out and got the answer that Energica shipped prototype main stands to the Dutch dealer because he is realizing a number of Experias for the Police and HAD to add center stands. However that lot of center stands was not intended for public use.
That might also explain why those crash bars are protruding that far off the bike.
Have you ever seen BMW R1250RT for Police? Their crash bars are ugly as hell, too - but also protruding far off the silhouette. It might be a requirement coming from the officials…

Bottom line: Those are not for sale. No hint on when the final center stand will be available…

It seems that the main stand is history now. Energica does not list it anymore in the online configurator tool and also the Online Store of Energica does not have the main stand listed anymore.
Too sad... :'(

when I saw that filipacci dot com had them listed in stock a couple weeks ago (not sure if accurate...) I asked my dealer and they were able to order me one.  They said it being available to order was a good sign, as it had not been for a while.  Whether I get one... who knows.  I don't have any money down, so whatever.

Fall back is I'll have one custom fabricated.  Only concern there is if something happens and the mounting bosses get damaged, I'm SOL as far as warranty of not a factory accessory.

I ordered and paid for a centre stand when I bought my Experia back in Feb 23 and have heard nothing since. My dealer has not heard anything either.

I paid for mine in full with AF1Racing. Af1 racing contacted me after a year to ask if I want a refund, as they are not hearing a word from Energica about it.  I told them I am willing to wait longer and for them to hold on to my money. I am now wondering if I should ask for the refund, as it now looks like Energica will probably never have it available.

I just now received this email from AF1Racing:

"We’ve learned from Energica that the Centerstand on this order is not in production and there are no plans to produce it again anytime in the foreseeable future."

I’m struggling to understand what they mean by “again.”

As someone who has his eye on an Experia at some point, this is a bummer. I don’t make a habit of buying bikes that lack center stands, especially chain driven ones. Hopefully the aftermarket will provide.

They showed a centerstand on the Experia at first and it had a part number and all. Perhaps they made a few of them, but I don't think anybody in the USA got one.

I am hoping the same, that somebody will make a centerstand for it.

I have to wonder what is going on at Energica.

I wonder why they are balking on the center stand, many bikes have it.  Is it a stability issue?  Is it because the bike is so top heavy / that it's too easy to tip over on you trying to heft it and now a liability issue?  I mean it just bolts to the fkn frame, it's a bent piece of steel rod, c'mon how hard is that really to make?  they can't steal one from another bike design like they did with much of the other stuff on the bike.  the light switch - aprilla   etc etc etc.

This whole thing for such a simple product just seems so odd,  what am I missing here?  besides a center stand :)
