You can get replacements and even a shorter profile one at AF1 racing.  An authorized Energica dealer out of Texas.

call them on the phone, they might be able to get you a better deal on just the piece you need instead of the whole assembly.

This tail tidy is unfortunately for the EGO only.

Seeing the pics of your damaged license holder, I wonder if the saddle bag mounts have something to do with that damage. Fatige failure due to vibration at a resonance frequency maybe.
