Finally, I decided to get the Puig Explorer for my Ribelle. I addition I replaced the mismatching Brembo mirror mounts.
These mirrors are really adaptable in multiple ways, so it should be possible to find a setting suiting your personal needs.

For anyone interested in the details:
The original mirror mounts (Brembo) are affixed with two M6 x 30 mm (overall length, threat 25 mm) on the handlebar.
The CNC racing mounts need two different screws, M6x30 and M6x25.
The original mirrors themselves are made by FAR. The tap holes on the mirrors are M10 (normal thread). The threads on the mounts are M8 (left side normal thread, right side lefthand thread (!)).
Be advised that if you need a replacement of the righthand M10/M8 double-thread screw connecting the mirror to the mount, you are in trouble. The combination of M10 plus M8 lefthand thread are hard to find. Therefore consider to change the mount threads to M8 or better M10 with normal thread.

Besides that: I got the mirrors at a Spanish shop named Motocard. They first sent me wrong mirrors and when I got the right ones three weeks later, a pair of screws were missing. Because of this underwhelming customer service I cannot recommend to buy there.

Are you looking for block off plates for the factory mirror mounting locations?
The EGO mirror bolt holes are 40mm on center. Based on my research this is the same as that used on Honda CBR600RR bikes. These should fit

Alternatively you can just use 4x M6 flange head bolts with some plastic washers underneath to protect the paint.

Just make sure the bolts you use are not too long/ If you use the factory length bolts without the mirrors you will damage the carbon fairing/dash support.
