Yes I use my Tesla tap all the time and it works great. I have used it on the 48 amp charger at my home and the 80 amp charger at a hotel. I get the full 6.6 kw charging without a problem.I hope it still works at the higher charging level.

It's only the 14 KW station that is flakey with Tesla-Taps. I always look at the ratings, it's on the side of the box. This issue is not the fault of the Tesla-Tap, but the older model Tesla destination stations that are not fully compatible with TeslaTaps. The 14.4Kw (60-amp) give the most trouble of all. They seem to work perfectly, until around 5 to ten minutes and drop out.

So keep an eye on it after 15 minutes or so to be sure it is still charging.

If you purchased your Trax luggage set from a Zero dealer the lock sets should have been included. i would contact the dealer.

Not according to the manuals than came with the Trax luggage. But I guess it will not hurt to ask my local Zero dealer, five miles (8 km) from here.  But if it has to be ordered separately by them, I doubt if that happened, or it would have been listed in my order. It wasn't.

And I don't think the key set can even be ordered from Zero.

The lock set is listed in Zero's installation instruction PDF (for SW Motech cases - Trax?):

I don't know if it was resolved Don, but please reach out to SW-Motech here in the U.S in regards to the locks. https://sw-motech.us/

Their email is: info@sw-motech.us

I've reached out to them about different things over the years and their U.S. team is great. While you may have to pay for the locks, sometimes the part numbers change and they are still available under a different part number.

Even when products are purchased through Harley or Zero (not directly from them) they are fairly helpful in at least determining what's going on or how to resolve the issue.

At least my Harley branded ones for the Pan America came with locks, I find that odd yours didn't

Thanks for that. I was reading the stuff from Trax that came with the stuff. I didn't even realize Zero had its own instructions, which are a little different than the installation instructions that came with the bags.

Page 3 of my Trax installation instructions say:

"Insertion of the TraX ® EVO /TRAX ADV Lock Cylinder Set*

*Sold separately. "

On Tuesday, I can ask my dealer about that when they open.  But I have them on order anyway from E-Bay.

I will print out the instructions from each and take them with me. Perhaps the locks are shipped to them separately. Perhaps they are already there at the dealer for me to pick up.

I will let you know what they say on Tuesday.

I just looked at the Zero instructions for the side cases and I now see there is another item I did not receive. The reflectors.

I had no idea reflectors were also supposed to come with this deal from Zero because they are not mentioned or shown in "TRAX ADV" installation instructions.

My local dealer opens on Tuesday. I will take a ride down there then, with all this paperwork.

I did go back to Eurocycles today. They were open but the parts and service sections were closed for whatever reason and nobody in there could help me. But I was told things will be back to normal tomorrow. So a one-day delay here to find out the story on my missing locks and reflectors.

I got all my stuff from Eurocycles this morning. The locks and reflectors came separately and last.

Two packages of locks, one with all six locks and another set with two locks. These two locks require a different key.  I assume the two is for when somebody orders the trunk without the side bags. Since I ordered both, I now have 8 locks, the ones that require a different key will not be used.

I will also have a lot of spare locks because I ordered that set on E-Bay before I know Zero is supposed to supply them separately.

I was able to install all of it at my first charge stop. No tools required.

I am on a ride at a charge stop here in the high CA mountains. Very scenic up here.

I am now charging here.

Corbin posted on Facebook they will be releasing a new seat soon for the DSR/X. It will be interesting to see what they come up with.

I like the way it is now. By the time I am tired of riding, I need a charge and rest.

I agree. I am happy with the stock seat. I am just happy to see aftermarket options available.
