Here is a link to their website. The light really works well and I have been using it for three years now. I have six helmets and I can move it from one helmet to another using the extra stick-on mounts that I bought for each helmet. Just walking while wearing my helmet and then stopping will activate the light:  https://www.brakefreetech.com

I had the same problem with my 2020 SR/F early on.
My switch was changed even before the official recall action from Zero.
Things were good for the time but the problem came up agin one year before.
I told the the dealer. He cleaned the contact in the switch, put some 'contact spray' on it - and the problem was gone.

My dealer got back to me and reported it was indeed the switch (which was replaced earlier under the recall).  How did your dealer open the switch to clean the contacts?
