For anyone interested, I just created a "hole cover" that uses a tumbler seal.  Holds in really tight.  I also designed mounts for the KTM style headlight.

Nice.   Any chance you could modify it without the FX on it?   Just the Zero logo?

Nice.   Any chance you could modify it without the FX on it?   Just the Zero logo?

Anytime.  I used Cura to pause the print at the logo layer height and changed out the filament.  The seal is from a couple tumbler lids I had laying around.  Any 12oz or similar should fit and seal up really tight.
