Ok, so I finally got my phone (android) paired to the bike today and installed a BagMan tailbag that I already had.  FYI a 7 mm socket is needed to remove the side plates to access the 13 mm seat bolts.

I'd recommend the Koso Apollo heated grips, for which I wrote an installation article somewhere on here. They're slightly pricey, but so perfectly integrated and transformative on cooler days.

Thanks for that info.  I'll try to find your installation article. Did you install the pricey Zero 10-05740 Accessory wire harness?

Hi,
I'm now an owner of a 2022 Zero FXE.  Saw some complaints here about system failures, sorry to hear about those.

FYI, I did order the FXS rack as they said it will fit the FXE (the catalog said was good for FXE). 
Anyway it does go on, but only with 1 bolt/mount on each side.  Also the little red aluminum cover plates dont go back on.   I think it will work with just one bolt on each side.  Will need to machine to get them to fit with rack in place.

Are you planning on a tank bag and/or tail bag? I have installed both but have not ridden with them yet.

Have not ridden the bike and won't for several months, but  both items fit well and when I get the rear rack, I can slide the rear bag back

I finally spent a little time on the FXE rack.

I finally got some time to get it on there and add my own finely-fabricated custom platform to strap my computer bag on the rack.  Also, mounted a helmet lock (from revzilla).
