I am the proud owner of an Essesse 9+. In one more day :-) For the time being, I have to charge the bike at work (charging station at home will arrive in three to four months). The charger at work is an ac charger with type2. The bike is not delivered with a type2 - type 2 cable... so I need to buy a cable to be able to charge the bike at work.
So, what charging cable do I need to buy? I understand that the ac-charger is onboard and has a max capacity. And that the onboard charger will decide how much juice it will take. Correct? So, when ordering a type2 charging cable, do I need 16a, 32a or what?
All this 3fas 3kw and such is a bit new to me......
According to the specs, the Essesse has an onboard AC charger, 3kw.... but I do not quite understand what that translates to in charging cable...

Cant delete the post, so here's the solution: A friend (electrician) told me the bike has 1phase 3kw onboard charger. That means 14a type 2 cable is enough. A standard 16a cable will do the trick in other words.
Heeeeeeelp!!!!
