After 5 months it has Arrived
« on: March 12, 2022, 12:18:44 PM »

Placed the order for a Eva Ribelle on 16th October last year and finally almost 5 months later it arrived here in Seattle WA.

Super excited and have loved the couple of short rides I have been able to get in. Looking forward to hopefully meeting up with fellow Electric bike riders here in the PNW, so if anyone interested please shoot me a PM.

You should become friends with my favorite prolific LiveWire owner, https://old.reddit.com/user/tcypher and go on adventures together.

After 4 days, all I can say if loving the bike. Big Grins here.

I am now a fully electric fleet. With gas prices on the rise I am grateful for the eletric technology

Congrats! It is a very sexy bike. I will get myself one of these in the near future hopefully as well. At first I told myself, that I would save money on gas with one, but that is far from the truth, it is just an excuse, it is a toy (I currently have already my 2nd electric bike). For me the reasoning is rather the quiet ride, the thrill of the acceleration and the overall experience. DC charging isn't cheap either and even if I would only charge at home, the initial price difference would buy me gas for years to come. Still I want one :)

It is definitely not a way to save money having the Ribelle, but more for fun and enjoyment and this it delivers in heaps and spades.

The ongoing running costs will be way lower than a gas bike but the initial purchase price will take a very long time to recoup. Happy I took the plunge though :-)

On this side of the pond the tipping point with my use is 4 years…. But because i can charge the ‘fleet’ with solar it’ll be a lot sooner;)

Congrats on getting such an amazing bike, especially after that long of waiting!   I live in Renton WA and am trying to decide between the Esse Esse 9+ or the Eva Ribelle.  Energica's rep says there might be a demo bike at their new dealership location in Tacoma soon'ish.  Not sure what model.  How are you liking yours so far??    Who did you go through to get yours?

Congrats! Love that color combination also. A very neutral combination of shades of grey and a screaming red frame!

It is a great colour combo. Subtle but not too subtle. Certainly, get the attention from passer by's

Is that the windscreen you can add when ordering the Ribelle?

Yep that is the factory installed Windscreen. Actually thinking of taking it off to see how much it affects the wind / drag. I do think the bike looks better without it but suspect it does help with improving efficiency.

Have you had a chance to use it at any of the fast chargers in the area? Any issues?

I'm extremely jealous. Currently at the mercy of Oakland customs and it feels like its taking forever.

I used a Electrify America CCS charger here in Issaquah and it worked fine. Not had the opportunity or need to try any other chargers, though will be using them extensively at the end of June when I head to Victoria BC on the bike. Will report back on how that trip goes
