« on: January 11, 2021, 09:52:18 PM »

I have a Zero FX 2013 Battery that i like to sell. From the BMS side everything is oK. its charged and the light is blinking green every 5sec.  but the Zero have a Problem with this Batterypack. I dont know where is the problem but maybe some can use this pack for other things. I like to have 350$ for it plus shipping world wide from Germany

For what it's worth, years ago I remember someone had trouble getting their battery to work with their bike and after looking closely the saw one of the pins was bent.
After they straightened it back out it worked fine.

Either way good luck with it.

That was likely me. When the dealer installed the Power Tank in my new 2014 S, I was not seeing any range increase. The dealer called up a tech from Zero who discovered that not only was the PT defective, but there was also a connector with bent pins that was not picking up the PT. He installed a new PT and straightened out the connector pins during his two hour visit to the dealership. The bike has run perfectly ever since - other than the OBC dying a slow death, of course.  ::)
