Throttle connection issue
« on: December 15, 2016, 11:15:07 AM »

Okay guys, I just took my throttle off to service it and reinstalled and plugged it back in only to realize the throttle now doesn't work. Obviously it has to do with the throttle but the warning indicator one flash followed by three flashes is verifying a bad throttle connection. I never felt good about the connection of the plug when I pushed them together, it did not click and seemed like they could be pushed together a little further. Is there a trick to plugging the throttle plug into the other plug and getting a good connection? What am I missing??

Thanks for any help!

(EDIT: If i am honest I have no idea how these throttles work or understand them, so is there a change by taking it apart and putting back together I have thrown off the signals it sends to the controller, even though the actual motion of the throttle feels correct and smooth like it was when i got it. If I order a new throttle will it be ready to plug and play?)

Hi man, I have the same issue. Throttle seems to work but the bike does not move. Did you solve the problem? Thanks!
