How much does the resale value go down when the battery warranty is up?

Lets say a 2016 DS with 13khw and 18k miles. Once the battery warranty it up will it just tank in value?

TL;DR: we don't know.

The scope of this question means sampling all Zeros sold that are over 5 years in age (without having replaced their battery under warranty). There are not enough known sales in this set to report on.

There's also the perceptual problem with value - most people do not know how to appraise a used electric motorcycle, so the question is how well the battery risk can be quantified. Let's assume the battery replacement cost at $3k-$6k (half brick vs monolith).

No.  Just a windscreen, the free jacket, a pile of plastics (from the dealership it had sat at before the previous owner) and a couple extra belts. I suppose the plastics are worth a little, but I've only managed to sell the belts so far

Oh, and the Givi side cases, but the mounts were missing the crossing piece.

Check how much a new battery is worth on AF1racing - it will give you some idea about the minimal price you can get.
