I don't know about you, but I sure wouldn't want to give Lightning a $10,000 upfront deposit without an iron-clad contract making sure that I could get all of my deposit back if the bike was not delivered on time and met its advertised performance specifications. And I would want that deposit placed in a bank escrow account and not dropped into Lightning's bottomless pockets. ::)

On the upside, it's the best deal in $$$ per kwh in addition to having great specs and CCS.
But yes, I share Richard's concerns.

No thanks, already lost my a$$ on an Alta, there'll be a dealer within an hour or so from me, units in stock and service/parts up and running before they get any cashola out of me...
