It's a modified, productized version of this:

675V option - suitable for 415V input (Europe, Australia, etc)
Input voltage: 85-415VAC (single or 3-phase)
Output voltage: 12-625VDC
Output power: 8kW / 40A (whichever is achieved first)
Note that rated power of the charger will drop as the voltage rating is increased due to rapid rise of the switching losses.
I don't know if this option is available on the DigiNow model, and I suspect you would see more like 4-7 kW instead of 10 kW anyways.

Check the screenshot on the other thread, protomech. Terry Herschner's charging his bike at 10023 watts, 88 amps. Of course we don't know the circumstances, but I'd bet there's more truth to the story than fiction.

I mean 4-7 kW on European 3 phase. The various news reports are a little inconsistent, but I don't doubt this can do 8-9 kW continuous and more for short periods.

yeah, it all depends on ambient temperature and airflow, the tank has the least flow which is why we market it as an 8kw charger. Just enough to max out 6 - 7.5kw chargers. Users like Terry and Benswing will be able to crank a LOT more power out.

Can yours run on three phase (400~v) power EC?
If so that would open up a lot of UK chargers, as three phase Mennekies is getting as popular as the single phase version.
