hello
Since last Friday, my SR/F has been charging at 1.7kwh instead of 3kw/h, on type 2 (single phase limited to 3KW/h), but also on 220v charger (with zero charger).
This is new and I don't know why it limits this. @20% as well as 80%.
I have a 6 kWh charger (premium SR/F) and a 6 kW/h tank charger.
I'm trying to recharge today on type 2 at 12KW/h, and the bike charges at only 5.5kw/h (It was at 75% SOC at start-up)
Has anyone had this problem before, a solution before calling my favorite dealer?
The bike is a 2020 and has 25,000 km, battery changed at 22,000 km.
No charging issues from the start :(

Whats the temperature out? Whats the battery temperature, are you storing it in a cold shed / outside or inside a hot greenhouse?
Temps will affect charging rates.
Im assuming 240 VAC ? also what is the batteries current state of charge?

Sounds very familiar. I had this, single charger down to 1.3 kW. Long charge time! Weirdly it started charging went to 2.3kW, then immediately dropped back to 1.2/1.3kW. Note this behavior was immediate upon a software update which said it offered better battery management...
I took it in for a new battery ( separate story) and the dealer (DAVANT, Uk), looked at it and said that the fans on the chargers weren't working. They blew compressed air through the stationary chargers and got a lot of muck out (!) and the charger fan then started (I knew a noise was missing, could not work out what it was..) it took them a while to get it up to 2.2/2.3 kW.
Sadly, I have to say that I have the new battery, but the charging rate now starts at 11.6 kW (Premium and charge tank), but then drops fast. at 61% I'm only charging at 6kW, by 80% im only doing 4kW, etc etc. On the bright side the SOC seems better prediction and I dont have magic charging anymore.
I thought this behavior would disappear with the new battery, Hoping it was a simple software issue, and I'm not that impressed with the cleaning by compressed air injection, My first guess is a charger gone or on its way out.
I would really like to monitor the charge rates over time, ideally to see each phase contribution, which should ID any poor charger. Anybody any idea how to do this?
So, does yours ramp up to 3/2.4kW and then straight down? Can you hear the fan(s) start up at the beginning? worth a look.
PS haven't fixed mine yet, in the email ether to Zero...

hi, thanks for reply
Yes, it goes up to 2,3/2,5, and down immediately to 1,7KW/h.
Fans are working fine on mine :(
I will call tomorrow my dealer to see if he have a known issue

Have you let it fully charge and balance either to 100% or custom charge target? Just curious if the bike is limiting charge rate to avoid a high cell imbalance. I'm not sure that the bike does this. Just thinking out loud.

This is a good reflection: it's been 3 or 4 times that I haven't been able to charge it to 100%, due to lack of time on my part the first time, and this low charge afterwards.
Yesterday I charged it to 100%, and I just tried, it goes up to 2.4, and immediately goes down to 1.7kw/h.

Any development on your issue?

hello
Normal charge has returned 2 weeks ago without any intervention from me or the dealer.
The only thing that may have done something is to have taken a heavy rain, which may have cleaned the fans...
I don't really know, but everything works normaly without problems, that's 5 or 6 charges which are good level
