Title: The Energica Service Manager?
Post by: DonTom on December 14, 2022, 10:56:18 AM
Anybody else notice the Energica Service Manager has not been active here lately?

I wonder what that means.

My guess is either on vacation or very busy actually doing his job.

Perhaps busy working in SSF on a new shipment of Experias?

The latest boat came into Miami on Nov. 21st. I figure things get pretty busy when that container hits SSF.

I wonder what type of order they are going in.  Perhaps whoever is closest to SSF?

I thought the first two were going to that couple from Florida...

I think it is the couple from Florida. They plan to ride them back from California.

Some very bad weather coming to the southern USA. Very bad time to travel. It will hit some record colds in the south. Nobody will want to be on a motorcycle then. Could be very dangerous too.

Well.. hopefully the heated grips are good on the Experia. Seems like they will have a lot of opportunities to test them. Not like it's hot in California right now either.

I hope for you the heated grips of the Experia are better than on my 22 Ribelle which are getting lukewarm at best. You can adjust them, but I have them on full power or off.
The ones on the Zero SR/F I had for a short time were way better (btw that was the only thing better than on the Ribelle).

The heated grips on my 2021 SS9+RS have just about the perfect temperature on level 3. I have no idea where this variation between models comes from.

Regarding Chris Paz: He was active today in the Energica group on Facebook.

They are adding the connector for their heated gear to the new Experia’s before they take off on the trip to Florida.

25 bikes and some accessories. Energica is currently shipping one container per month to the US, except for none in September and two in October because of the August break in Italy. They've signed some new dealers lately so I'd expect that shipping rate to increase.

I wonder how many were Expericas and how they decide who gets theirs first.

I'm still here  :)  Don't have quite as much free time these days to read the forum. Now that we have 25 dealers and are trying to crank out as many bikes as possible everyone is quite busy.

We currently have 7 Experia that are being prepared for delivery to customers and are assigned based on order date. The first 2 of those 7 bikes were picked up by their new owners today.
More units are on the way.

Tried to contact him by e-mail over a week ago. Didn't get an answer yet.

Sorry I missed your email, my inbox is a bit hectic. Send me a reminder and I'll try to get you a reply.

Well, nobody could have ordered before me. I ordered mine the first few minutes possible on June 1. Paid the 3K$ the next day to A&S.

I am about ready to leave on an RV trip, but if my Experia will soon be at A&S in Roseville, I will wait for it and leave later on my RV trip. At first, I was told the bike would be here last September.

Anyway, can you give me a date that my Experia is likely to be at A&S?
