Title: 2011 Zero S in Arkansas, $3200 obo
Post by: Alan. Yes THAT Alan on July 12, 2021, 10:06:58 PM
- Runs great, everything works. No wrecks. Nothing needs to be fixed or replaced.
- Only 6,500 miles.
- It's actually a little quicker than when it was new. A few years ago, I replaced the front 28-tooth sprocket with a 25-tooth sprocket for a 12% torque increase.
- The 2011 Zero didn't come with passenger foot-rests, so I made some. I've carried passengers many times over the years, with no problem.
- Has a custom-made saddlebag rack, but I took off the saddlebags because I want to keep them.
- The mirror stalks are too short, so I put on some extenders. Now you can see behind you.
- Includes a brand new, spare drive belt. If the belt ever does break somehow, you don't have to wait a long time for a new one to be delivered.
- Also includes charging cable.
- Both tires are in great shape.
- Clear TEXAS title.

If you're mechanically-inclined, you can take all the guts out of this and use them to make an electric go-kart. Or you can experiment with it and find a way to put a larger battery in the frame and extend the range.

I can deliver within 50 miles of Little Rock.

"extend the range"...

What kind of range is the bike getting as of late?

A 4 kw/h battery, the 2011 model gets about 25 miles per charge. But it only takes about 4 hours to fully recharge the battery.
