I was looking for specific issues when searching for the user manual:
a) are there 12V connectors I can use for my Garmin GPS/MP3 player and heated vest if needed?
b) what are the regen settings?
c) can you and should you attach the 12V battery to a battery tender?

on a) - Zero did a nice job of adding a pigtail just under the seat and another connector near the handle bar, perfect for the GPS.
on b) - I can't really find anything - I assume this is covered in the app for phones since it is adjusted there for custom profiles.
on c) - absolutely not...

I just wanted to clarify c).  The manual states you should not attempt to charge the 12v battery while it is connected to bike.  It appears you can disconnect it and charge it.  What remains to be seen is how the battery is maintained in the winter when you are not using it.  I am not sure if the main battery will wake up every once in a while and charge it with the key off.
