My Volt has GOGREEN
Not Electric but my Grand National has YGETAV8

I had BADZERO on my 2011 S.   Editorial comment.  It was
reliable starting and running, but I couldn't get it to do the
35 miles I needed and I had to push it off the Bay Bridge once.

I've been happy with my 2014 SR, and haven't bothered
to transfer the plates, they are still on my shelf.

I've seen UBUYGAS (Ben Rich?) and I think ElectricTerry's
Florida plates said HAHAOIL, or I might have that backwards.

Funny you should ask, I just sent away for mine.  In Colorado we have to blindly submit and hope, so I went for LECTRC and CHARGE.  If I don't get those I'll try for 24OVAC (no zeros allowed), and whatever else I can think of.

My wife wanted me to get TOHERO but I figured nobody would get the "joke".
