I think it would be a remarkable first for someone to sell a Power Tank of any kind. They are not easily transferable and seem dangerous to install without dealer tooling to coordinate the pairing.

From own experience it is very easily transferrable  with basic tools.

I'll amend my remarks:

The Power Tank can be transferred like an FX Power Pack Module (since that's what it is, in addition to a separate type of adapter to connect to an S platform bus), but requires BMS firmware versions matched with the existing pack, and AFAICT the model information must be configured for that BMS.

Without dealer or manufacturer support, this can fail. Possibly very badly.

The existence of one success case does not mean everyone will succeed. This is like saying I've been through a minefield, so obviously it's okay to walk through minefields. You must account for things like skill, expertise, and necessary equipment to ensure a safe and robust path is followed.

Won't that throw off the range meters and SOC indication and such if it's no programmed into the bike's software?
