Those wheel are hilariously small, but also very suited for the urban dweller. Battery pack is only about 2kWh, but at less then £3000 it might be a good choice for city folks who just want to get from A to B fast and cheap.

Motochimp is actually pretty awesome! Way outside of the box! But it looks like it would actually work.
