Can I convert a electric bobber bike into a UK registered motorcycle ?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, tough love if needs be.
Came across this electric bicycle manufacturer in UK, and wondered how I could adapt this to make a 40 mile round trip commuter.

Sourced  a 5000 W hub motor/battery/running gear supplier on eBay,would that do the job ?

Does anyone know if I would be able to road register the adapted result,is it a simple process ?

I think the biggest problem will be registering a bicycle as a motorcycle, I'm not sure of the exact whereabouts but the UK will probably have some minimum requirements.

Fred:
I know registering an electric bicycle as a motorbike has been done. I regenerative seeing a thread on Endless Sphere about it. In fact, that's probably a good place to start for any info on the conversion. I'm not sure if that sort of range is realistic or if I'd want to do 40 miles on that bike anyway. ES would definitely be the place to go to find out though.

Here's one, for instance
