Confirmed here on 2016 DSR. Fails to pull BMS logs.

I tried downgrading the app to 1.3.17, unpairing Zero and clearing caches (no luck) and then re-installing latest version, unpairing and clearing caches. Still can't pull BMS logs. I guess the only option at this point is to wait for Zero app update.

I read early in the post that people were having issues with time to completion not
working. I had not been riding my FX for a few weeks, so, had not checked.
Then, last month I picked up a 2016 SR. It does not read the time to full charge.
The other day, I pulled out my FX for the day, and when plugged it in to charge,
the time to completion was reading properly. Same phone, same app.
Looked again on the SR, and it doesn't show. Anyone else have more than one Zero
where it works with one and not the other?

Could be many reasons for this. The completion time never showed up on the app with my DSR 2016 model.
But being an UI designer i can tell you that there are lots of user experience mistakes in the zero app.
e.g. the battery symbol icon is not dynamic, it shows always half full, regardless of the current status.
I hope they will redesign it soon and make all the things working.

I have a 2013 XU.  Sometimes the time to charge works and sometimes it doesn't.

On my DSR '16 the riding screen does not update during riding. Which is sort-of the purpose of the screen right? ;) App version 1.2.0 on iOS 10.2.1

FXS MY16

-completion time not working
-no updates on riding screen during driving
-sometimes several reconnects/key off-on required to establish the connection again
-battery cycles shows useless and unrealistic numbers

Version 1.2.0  iOS 10.2.1

What fields are not updating on your riding screen?  I have the latest app (Android) and a 2016 S, and I display speed, charge, remaining range, battery temp and motor temp and they all DEFINITELY update while riding.  How ACCURATE the figures displayed is a topic for another conversation, but they are definitely updating.

The speed displayed is almost always one or two mph lower than the speed on the dash.  The state of charge usually matches or is one percentage point higher than what is displayed on the dash.  Remaining range, however, tends to differ WILDLY; sometimes more, sometimes less than what is displayed on the dash.  Being the pessimist I am, I always use the lower of the two numbers as my guideline.

I have no way of confirming the numbers showed for battery and motor temperatures, however.

I had to redownload the app and re-pair the bike with my phone (twice) but I did get the app working again on iOS (10.2.1)

Still not working on iOS 10.2.1 on 2013 S.  I have reinstalled the app and repaired the phone multiple times.

It is not working for me either. Multiple app deletes, disconnects and phone restarts. Very irritating. >: I thought for sure I'd come here and figure out the fix. The last update was almost six months ago!! That's not making me feel too warm and fuzzy if they can't fix something like this in a timely manner. I really wouldn't care that much except for the fact that my motor overheats constantly which makes monitoring the temp paramount. Nothing worse than trying to overtake a slower vehicle only to fall on my face.....and I can't see the temp on the IP without endangering myself. COME ON ZERO, FIX THIS!! - 2015 SR, iOS 10.3.1, iPhone 6s plus.

I would suggest making a quick polite phone call to Zero and ask plainly if there will be an update soon. I did this and got a answer that it should be weeks not months.

So... are we yet at the point of wanting to reverse engineer the Zero App HCI Bluetooth communication stream?

Time bring my Kali Linux laptop from under the dust!
