Downtown sound
« on: October 14, 2016, 08:25:50 PM »

Inattentive pedestrians are a big problem in downtown Denver, as well as bicyclists who routinely run lights and stop signs. I'm thinking of mounting one of these, with a toggle switch, to act as a friendly warning: http://wolo-mfg.com/back-up-alarms/model-ba-64-bird-chirp.html Ideas, opinions, hints?

goofing off, I tried a piece of paperboard (think baseball card) in the belt... it actually worked to make a buzzing noise. we all laughed about it, but I took it off before it got sucked into the sprocket.
maybe something similar, but not as crummy?  im thinking flexible plastic like some flexible 3 ring binders have, and a couple zip ties.

unless you have spoked wheels... then do the wheels. lol
