Zero Service Portal
« on: May 18, 2016, 09:54:26 PM »

Anyone knows what lurks beneath the username-and-password-required login here: http://zeroserviceportal.com/? My local motorcycle shop just had my SR on its first service, they were wondering if this is information that could be pertinent for them to know :)

That looks like a service portal that dealers are supposed to know about and customers are not supposed to know about so they don't go mucking around with voltages that can kill them.

pretty sure this is correct. i just had an interaction w/ my zero dealer, as well as, zero customer service/engineering at their headquarters in NoCal. Both sides referenced a portal that is available for dealerships to reference info and instructions for servicing the bikes.

it's for dealers.
