Translogic rides the Ego
« on: July 30, 2015, 11:34:45 PM »

Here is a nice review of the Energica Ego by Translogic.  It looks like a great bike. To bad it is so expensive:

That ego looks nice.  I ended up checking out that zombie 222 also.  Its really hilarious reading some comments on the youtube videos of the zombie 222 and the white zombie.  People literally are blind to the benefits of electric vehicles and the fact that they have only now started to become mainstream.  The future of EVs will be something else.  It will be like us looking back on the first computers that took up whole rooms and now way more computing power fits in a smart phone.

Even though I love EV's I get a little upset when I see a 68 fastback being messed about. Driving one without hearing a V8 would be even more upsetting...

I hope there doesn't become a trend for converting iconic classic cars because it's important that we preserve automotive history, even if they are dirty and a bit rubbish.

I miss my 65 supercharged mustang...... But if I was behind it in traffic I sure wouldn't..... Smelling like shit.... Well always...

If I had 100k to blow on some batteries, it would be easier to build a faster car today, batteries are taking huge steps every year....

Had to replace that v8 sound

Here's the part that I agree with you on noiseboy.... Ever watch an electric race in person..... Is quiet, and slightly boring comprared to gas motors tax he don't at the red lines

I once owned a 1969 Mercury Cougar.  What a piece of junk that was.  Not only wouldn't it go around corners due to the weight its cast-iron 390 CI V-8, but you had to have a gasoline tanker follow you around to keep it fueled-up as it got only 8 mpg.   :o

8 mpg is good.... Right? Lol sounds like what I would get.   289 replaced with ----->302 roller, much better.... But still horrid gas mileage; well and I was adding octane booster gotta get that hp

Squirrelly can be fun too

I gotta say I laugh so had every time I hear someone say what a peace of crap/junk/shit that car was.....
