The wheel circumference / gear ratio is set in the MBB (main bike board) on the 2014 bikes. There is a topic in this forum on how to make the cable to get to the MBB configuration. Try http://electricmotorcycleforum.com/boards/index.php?topic=4296.0

I know it's the standard Zero response but... Take it to your dealer.
Cannot tell from your profile as to where you are but hopefully the dealer is not too far away.

The dealer (should) have the cables necessary to access and change the settings.
The dealer will most likely contact Zero to perform a remote session to make the necessary changes.

I have now made my self a cable and it work just fine, except I cannot find where to change the settings for speedometer calibration.
There is a login manu. Does anybody know the password?

I ask my dealer and the response was that it was  good enough. It have to show a little more the the real speed. But I will like it to be accurate.
