My guess is that Bultaco is way too under-financed to go into production and distribution of an electric motorcycle, especially considering the dropping price of gas and the collapsing Spanish economy.  Electric bicycles would be a much safer business endeavor at this time.

Looks like the Bultaco Brinco is similar to the Stealth bikes brand out of Australia.
Retail pricing that I've seen for four different Stealth bikes started at $7,900 USD and went up to over $11,000 USD.
So the Brinco pricing of $5,900 (Deliveries in Europe) is very compelling and could help grow the interest in the 'Moto-Bike' eBike segment.
Looking forward to see how the market develops and how many early adopters jump on the bandwagon.
