Welcome Lamac. Where are you from?

It wouldn't surprise me at all if Zero sold more SR's than they sell standard S models. At least to private customers.

The power of the SR is tempting, but I will probably get the S with the Power Tank - at my age I'm more worried about range than speed  ;-)

I hope to upgrade next year - if my budget (and wife) allows...

on Saturday finally drove my baby home save  :)

After a 100km ride had still 34% left

It had to rain. It always rains on the first ride! :)

In the midwest, my dealer only carries the DS and FX. They had never even seen an SR until mine.

I was told my my dealer that Zero was making all of 60 SRs for 2014, and when they called me about the recall a few months ago, they said that they were calling all TWELVE of their North America SR owners. I don't think it's a very common machine; I've never encountered another one on the streets, though my dealer also tells me he sold one other here in San Diego.

I'm thinking every single SR owner is a member of this forum. :-)

I have seen three different SR bikes (you know they are SR's because they are red) on the street in my area.  Also, my dealer seems to be able to sell them as soon as they hit the showroom floor.  I always figured that the SR was Zero's best 2014 model seller.  (Not that I have any facts to back that up.)
