Delta q quick charger for 13 Zero ds question
« on: May 29, 2014, 07:46:56 AM »

Just got my new delta q charger from zero today I plugged regular charger then plugged in under the tail and then plugged in delta q. I am not seeing any sign of faster charging even on the app it's still 11 amps and 1100ish volts. They sent some paper work that says programing instructions. And another paper that has troubleshooting and maintenance info. Do I need to program this out of the box? I was under the impression that it was programed already for the 13/14 bikes am I wrong?

I got the papers with my 2012 Delta-q too but the programming was already done for my battery pack.

Did you plug in the DC fist and second the AC to your socket? (other way might fail)

Do you have a Power-monitor tool to see how much current/watt the Delta-q use?

What does your Delta-q LEDs display?

Yeah plugged in properly even took It to the dealership. They couldn't figure it out either. No power monitor tool. Led says amber on constantly for the good as Power but the partial battery light flashes slowly and nothing else
