Wondering if anyone has installed these on a 2012 (XU)?

I have the IQ160TS on my ninja 250 and love it.

However I didn't buy the P3 modules instead I bought a lot of IP67 'tape led' and modified one of my givi cases so I have about 60+ leds as my rear "get the F off my ass" brake lights. Oh and they work wonders btw.

I use the 4 quick 4 slow solid brake light setting.

Thanks. I don't have a top case on my XU (haven't figured out how to attach a mounting bracket...) so I think the license plate mount option would work better. Just wondering if there is anything special about the Zero that would complicate the install though.

I can't think of anything that would make it difficult. Are you doing the TS model or the normal one?  I believe they send you some positaps so you don't have to solder anything. I liked the positaps so much I ordered a bunch of them to use on my ninja.

Just wanted to post that I've installed the Skene P3+TS on my 2012 XU successfully



I tapped into the tail light / brake light and signal light wires under the seat, and mounted the controller box there too.
