I just stopped by Bartels in Marina Del Rey where they have 4 new Empulse R's ready for delivery. One is available now as the buyer could not come up with the $ and gave up his spot on the list! It is a Black Carbon one (I'm on the list for a Red standard for a bit less bucks).

That is great to hear that the Empulse R models are finally hitting the showrooms in reasonable quantities. When BMW comes out with a new model, they usually allocate only one or two to a dealer at first, then follow that up with a demonstrator and another shipment of a couple more bikes the following month.
