Reminds me of this house up the street.  And not in a good way...
A busted down '98 Camaro in the lawn, three or four girls under 8, and they ALL pile onto an ATV and ride through the front and back yards and across the street to the busted down barn they own.  And no parents in sight.  The older one (about 8) will be out mowing the lawn on a riding mower while the mother drinks a beer and smokes a cigarette at 11 in the morning.  Real winners...

But at least this kid is riding an electric bike built for his size.
