Canadian Discount: Costco and Zero
« on: March 28, 2012, 01:33:08 AM »

Hope this doesn't conflict with forum rules, I'm not gaining anything from posting it but perhaps saving another Canadian some money...

Rules?  We have rules?   ;D

Nice discount. Congratulations to Zero and Costco for coming up with that deal.   :)

sweet. too bad that no insurers in Ontario will write an insurance policy on this bike (or at least this is what I'm finding out). I sure hope no-one buys one at a Costco here and discovers afterwards they can't get insurance...

Blake, did you check with Primmum/Meloche-Monnex/TD Insurance ? They've previously insured 2010 Zero's, and provided a quote for the 2012 XU.

FWIW they also have a history of insuring DIY electric conversions, provided the unit has been inspected by a conversion company i.e. http://www.revconsultants.com/
