Was flipping through a recent issue of Dirt Rider at B&N waiting for my wife.  It described how dirtbike technology with progress over the next 40 years.  They talked about dirtbikes being hybrid by 2050.  They stated gas is not going anywhere.

Obviously they published this before KTM announced their electric enduro.

Kind of strange they did not say All-electric, battery powered was a possible path.

I will admit I did not read the whole article.  Did anyone read it thoroughly?  I should have purchased the issue.

Just purchased a digital subscription and read it.  Sure enough, they are all about hybrid technology.  Interesting read anyway.  The advances in tire techonology and suspension were cool to think about.
