Erokit Electric Bicycle

Pronounced "e rocket".  The guy is barely pedaling and takes a car on the inside exiting a turn. :D  Details look to be scarce right now.  If you google this one be careful what you click on.  :o  Lucky my wife was not looking over my shoulder.  ;D  Anyone speak Russian to translate the video?
