Hey guys,
I have a 2016 FXS that just started giving me a EEE code after the normal startup sequence.
I.E. I turn the key and the dash displays 111,222,333,444,555,666,777,888,999, then EEE before going to the normal display. I tried to attach a short video that I hope goes through. (First timer here).
Besides the startup, there is not a recurring error code that appears with the normal 4 digit codes like the 0045 ect.
The only symptom I've noticed is the clock resets to 00:00 every time. Pretty minor but I'm still curious if anyone has experienced this and found a fix? Bike still runs great!
The code occurred after I let the bike set for about a month over the holidays. I live in Tucson, AZ, so there weren't any particularly extreme temperatures, and the bike was fully charged before I left it.
Any thoughts??

Ive had this at numerisk occations on my 2015 SR, albeit without the clock resetting. Don’t think it’s worth worrying about.

I am now seeing this on my 2015 FX, following a couple months of storage this winter (at ~80% charge). The clock doesn't always reset to 0:00, but it does get affected often enough that I have given up on keeping it properly set. The display does show "EEE" during startup every time.

Same in my 2014 s. Any one find a cause?

Is you clock keeping accurate time. For me, it is the clock battery.
